Nancy Slater, Elder Law Attorney

Expert Counsel in matters of Special Needs and Elder Law

Nancy F. Slater is both a licensed physician in Indiana and consulting attorney with Slater Law Office LLC. She earned her law degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis in 1998. Nancy is able to use her medical knowledge and expertise to help clients and their families deal with the complex medical issues that often become involved in elder care, and in planning for the needs of a disabled family member. Consultations generally focus on the areas of special needs trusts, issues involving incapacity, powers of attorney, health care decision making, guardianships, and planning for care of individuals with mental, developmental and/or physical disabilities.
