Biography

Nancy F. Slater

Nancy F. Slater was a practicing physician for twenty-eight years before joining her husband's Elder Law practice full time.  She earned her law degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis in 1998.  Nancy is able to use her medical knowledge and expertise to help clients and their families deal with the complex medical issues often involved in elder care, or planning for the future needs of a disabled family member.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of special needs trusts, issues involving incapacity, powers of attorney, health care decision making, guardianships, and planning for care of the mentally and physically disabled.
